Wansheng hydraulic dock leveler uses a hydraulic power unit to lift the main platform surface through the main cylinder, and the small cylinder pushes out the small lip. The platform descends by its own weight, placing the small lip on the rear of the truck box to complete the entire operation. The electro-hydraulic type is currently the most commonly used and widely applied dock leveler, featuring stable performance, simple operation, smooth operation, low maintenance rate, and simple repair.

Structural and Technical Performance

1. Platform Structure: Integrated platform surface design, with high-strength stretched pattern plate surface. The bottom frame adopts a unique "I" steel support structure, effectively distributing force and reducing frame torsion. Static load capacity from 8 tons to max 15 tons, dynamic load from 5 tons to max 10 tons.
2. Open Hinge Joint Structure: Made of high-strength stretched pattern steel plate, connected by a high-strength galvanized shaft steel with diameter 25-30mm (1"-1.2"). Compared with traditional tubular welded joints, the open hinge joint increases weld area by 300%, force area by more than 2.5 times, increasing the supporting force of the hinge lip by up to 4 times; and easier to maintain.
3. Open Base: Easy for pit cleaning and daily maintenance.
4. Power Unit: Composed of integrated hydraulic system and hydraulic pump station. The power unit is installed on the base of the dock leveler, positioned above the pit level, away from garbage and debris.
5. Power Configuration: Two options available: 380V/50Hz/0.75Kw and 220V/50Hz/1.1Kw; both equipped with built-in anti-overload motor.
6. Integrated Hydraulic System: Main cylinder inner diameter 63mm (2-1/2"), auxiliary cylinder inner diameter 50mm (2"). Suitable for 40°C (100°F) ambient temperature. Single-pipe connection extends the life of the fully sealed hydraulic system and pump station, reducing maintenance costs.
7. Control Panel: One-button switch for easy operation. Interlocking devices between docking equipment further enhance safety.
8. Independent Leg Structure: Patented 28-ton (60,600lbs) support leg structure. During unloading, if the truck suddenly leaves the platform unloading area, the support legs keep the cargo and forklift level, minimizing accidents and ensuring operator safety.
9. Anti-pinch Foot Design: Anti-pinch foot protection plates on both sides of the dock leveler, with yellow/black diagonal warning stripes along the edges. Even when the large platform is raised to the highest position, the side panels ensure complete side sealing, effectively avoiding toe crushing injuries and providing full protection for people, forklifts, and goods.
10. Assembly and Maintenance Support Rod: The dock leveler comes with an assembly and maintenance support rod to support the dock leveler during equipment maintenance, inspection, or pit cleaning, ensuring the safety of operators under the platform.
11. Floating Adjustment: When the hinge lip rests on the truck rear, it can deflect vertically within a range of 100mm (4").
12. Collision Rubbers: Two heavy-duty collision rubbers at the front of the dock leveler, model B300-250F, 250mm × 300mm (10" × 12").
