Application Environment

Wansheng airbag dock leveler uses the principle of low-pressure high-capacity inflation, rapidly inflating the airbag to lift the platform. The power system uses a motor, fan, and airbag, without the need for high-pressure pumps, making it simple, reliable, safe, and fast. Due to the airbag structure, the system basically requires no maintenance. The airbag made of special fiber is treated with insect-proof, rodent-proof, and common chemical corrosion resistance, making it suitable for various harsh cold and high-temperature environments.

Structural and Technical Performance

1. Service life of over 250,000 cycles.
2. US imported high-speed powerful blower (current 10A, power 1.1kW), can adapt to harsh cold and high temperatures (-50°C/+65°C).
3. Equipped with an air cleaning filter to effectively block dust and protect the motor and airbag.
4. The hinge lip of the airbag dock leveler is pushed out by a mechanical push rod structure when descending by its own weight, making the lip push out smoother, safer, and more reliable, with almost no noise when the lip resets.
5. Electric control operation is extremely simple: just press the button, the platform automatically rises; release the button, the dock leveler descends by its own weight.
6. The airbag dock leveler almost requires no maintenance. Even if the airbag is accidentally punctured, the inflation volume is always greater than the leakage volume, and the dock leveler can still be used normally, only with a slightly slower rising speed, and repair is quite easy.
7. Unique leg retraction mechanism can automatically lower the dock leveler below the horizontal plane.
8. Patented open hinge joint design increases welding area by 300% compared with traditional tubular welded joints, force area by more than 2.5 times, increasing the supporting force of the hinge lip by up to 4 times; and easier to maintain.
9. Patented standard 28-ton support leg structure. During cargo loading and unloading, if the truck suddenly leaves the platform unloading area, the support legs keep the cargo and forklift level, maximizing safety and reducing accidents.
10. The platform frame is made of special I-steel, with better force distribution and reduced frame torsion, increasing supporting force by 2 times compared with traditional channel steel, more sturdy and durable.
11. The front hinge of the panel is made of high-strength embossed anti-slip steel plate; standard small lip thickness is 16mm, large plate is 8mm.
12. Safety protection baffles on both sides of the dock leveler, with yellow-black warning stripes on the sides. Even when the large platform is raised to the highest position, the side panels ensure complete side sealing, effectively avoiding toe crushing injuries and ensuring personnel safety.
13. Equipped with maintenance support rod for safely supporting the dock leveler during equipment maintenance.
14. Open base design for easier pit cleaning.
15. FASTLINK dock leveler is equipped with lifting points for overall lifting and forklift unloading points.
16. Balance system hardware and push rod system are galvanized for corrosion resistance and aesthetics.
17. Main structural components are made of high-quality high-strength pattern steel plates and profiles through tight welding. Steel structural components undergo strict shot blasting rust removal surface treatment.
18. Two coats of primer and two coats of topcoat, using high-quality polyurethane topcoat, paint film thickness not less than 0.08mm, after drying treatment.
