Wansheng Company's rapid lifting door and industrial lifting door are mainly suitable for large warehouses, painting workshops, small hangars and other occasions. The industrial lifting door consists of upper guide rail, lower guide rail, upper guide wheel, lower guide wheel, main column, parallelogram hinge mechanism, PVC curtain surface, aluminum pressure strips, handles and other components. The upper guide rail adopts standard I-beam, and the column is made of rectangular steel pipe. The door body adopts double-layer PVC fabric. The opening form of the industrial lifting door is to pull the curtain by hand, move the column, and fold the curtain to realize the opening of the door leaf. To close, simply operate in the reverse direction. When the door leaf is fully closed, there is a lock catch to position the door leaf. The door body features safety and reliability, light opening, small footprint (no door storage required), light weight, no ground rail, novel structure, wind pressure resistance, sound insulation, and thermal insulation.

2. The lifting mechanism of the flexible lifting door is equipped with two sets of hydraulic push rod brakes and one height limiter, and upper and lower limit switches to ensure safe use of the flexible door.
3. The lifting mechanism uses a vortex brake AC motor through a cylindrical gear reducer to drive open gears, rotating parallel-axis drums to wind and unwind the lifting wire rope.
4. Hydraulic push rod brakes are installed on the shaft coupling between the motor and the gear reducer, and on the other output shaft of the high-speed shaft of the gear reducer. Either brake can perform braking, ensuring safe and reliable door lifting.
5. Vortex braking is used to adjust the door lifting speed. A height limiter is installed on the wire rope drum shaft to limit the high and low extreme positions. The lifting mechanism is equipped with several sets of pulley blocks.
6. The inner and outer sides of the flexible lifting door are sealed with fabric (three-proof canvas or PVC fabric). The horizontal frame and bottom frame adopt truss structure made of rectangular steel pipes, or can be made of aluminum alloy materials.
7. The roller bearings at both ends of the horizontal frame and bottom frame of the flexible lifting door adopt three-sided rolling bearings, facilitating flexible up-and-down movement of the flexible door in the guide rails on both sides, reducing friction resistance.
8. The flexible lifting door is equipped with a safety brake that automatically engages when lifting stops and when the wire rope breaks, greatly increasing the safety factor. The wind pressure resistance of the flexible lifting door is 50-60kg/m².
9. Overall dimensions: height 5-40m × width 8-140m, total weight up to 0.5-20 tons, composed of 3-20 combination blocks each 1-2m high, 5-60m wide, and 0.2-1.4m thick (PVC-coated streamlined polyester mesh belt or glass fiber curtain sheet thickness is 1mm).
