Interior Wind-resistant High-speed Door KSM-1500 (Interior/Exterior)
- Frame: Stainless steel frame or cold-rolled steel frame with electrostatic powder coating; electrostatic powder coated head cover and chassis cover.
- Motor: High-performance brake motor, power 0.75-1.5KW, power supply 220V/380V, brake voltage 220V.
- Control System: Microcomputer variable-frequency control box; safety low voltage 24VDC.
- Operation Speed: Opening 0.6-1.2m/s, closing 0.6-1.0m/s (VFD adjustable).
- Curtain Material: High-density polyester fiber knife-coated cloth with surface treatment, thickness 0.8mm-1.5mm, customizable colors. Tensile strength 5700/5100N/5cm, tear strength 900/80N. Fire rating: German standard MZD/NBL. Operating temperature: -30°C to +70°C.
- Transparent Window: PVC transparent crystal soft board, thickness 1.5mm, rectangular or oval.
- Wind Resistance: Built-in steel wind rods (1-2 inch selected by door size); strong wind resistance: 15m/s (50Pa standard 3×3).
- Sealing: U-shaped airbag at the curtain bottom conforms to uneven floors; double-sided sealing brushes for dust and insect prevention.
- Safety: Standard infrared photoelectric protection, pressure airbag, warning light, collision post, and manual crank for power failure. (Patented manual emergency zipper opening device available as option.)

Emergency Manual Lifting & Release Device:
- In emergency or power failure situations, the manual lifting device allows the door to be opened easily, meeting fire escape requirements.
- If the motor or control system fails during operation, the emergency manual opening device allows the door to be raised or closed with ease.
- If the curtain overruns the limit and gets stuck inside the door cover during operation, the emergency manual lifting device releases and lowers the curtain back to its original position without working at heights.
